At Acadia Image Arts, we pride ourselves in the quality of our products and the care we take with each order.  We thoroughly inspect all shipments before transferring to the shipping carrier.


Returns or Exchanges

 

Upon receipt of your order, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the products you purchased, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can promptly address the situation.  Acadia Image Arts strives for customer satisfaction through either refund, exchange, or substitution.  Upon contacting us, please follow all instructions provided to you by our customer service team.

Credit or replacement items will be issued upon receipt and inspection of your return or exchanged item(s).  Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Refunds will only be issued to the payment method used for your purchase.

Please note this policy does not apply to items purchased in store, but do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns related to your satisfaction with any in-store purchases.


Damaged Shipments

 

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order if an item was damaged in shipment.  To ensure a smooth return or exchange, please keep any damaged items until further information is received from our customer service team.
